Cooper's Coffee Camper began as a simple idea: what if you could get truly exceptional coffee anywhere — from a bustling downtown square to a quiet neighborhood corner? What if every cup carried the warmth of someone who genuinely cares about the craft?

We restored a vintage camper, loaded it with professional-grade equipment, and set out to bring Cambridge the kind of coffee experience usually reserved for specialty shops. The result is a mobile roastery and bakery that arrives fresh each day — pulling perfect espresso shots, steaming lattes to order, and pulling warm pastries from a compact oven. No chains. No shortcuts. Just coffee done right, served with a smile from the driver's seat.
